We have over 360 highly skilled workers and 38 experienced engineering and technical personnel, and occupies 9 hectares of R&D, manufacturing and texting bases. 8 CNC Machining Centers, 32 Digital Controlled Welding Machines, 2 Laser Cutting Machines and Railway Product Standard Quality Control System is the guarantee of our parking product quality. Currently our annual production Volume of parking equipment is about 28,000 per parking space.
1. Q:What about the structure parts?
A:100% structure parts adopt laser cutting process.We are the only manufacturer in China to do such production when our competitors use regular cutting process or partial laser cutting process.
2.QWhat is the warranty time?
A: All of our products has at least 1 year parts warranty,and 10 years structure warranty.
3. Q: How the customers to know our shipping report?
A: Our customer have rights to know how the packages they are getting will look like, and how the packages are shipped out. Our Packing & Shipping Report includes both videos and photos to show customers their products clearly.
4. Q: If the customers doesn't know how to install the products?
A: All the products come with the detailed installation and maintenance instruction. In case the customer need more help on the installation, we can send out our engineers to the job site for the on-site supervision and instruction.
5.Q:Whether the customers have free drawing services?
A: Yes. You give us the layout; we will give you the completed drawing. Now the drawing services are absolutely free to our return customers.
