1. Description:
HT-1000 compactor take-up is a kind of high speed compact take-up for wire packing, which is applicable for spooling annealed copper wires, aluminum wires, and other coated finished wires. This machine can be equipped with rod breakdown machines of other brands, because of its independent spooling system.
The main machine is driven by a 45 KW DC motor via V-belt.
Traverser : drive by precision ball screw, Servo AC motor.
Bobbin clamping : hydraulic control
Brake system : Hydraulic disk brake
Control panel : touch screen, with emergency switch.
Security door : with protective switch
Bobbin loading and unloading: by a pneumatic special tool, fixed by expansion screw
Lifting of bobbin : by expansion jack
