1.Q: Did the robot make balance by itself? How to make balance?
A: Yes, when the gyroscopes start working, then the two powerful wheels would keep the vehicle balancing, when you stand on it. Don't be nervous or screaming.
2, Q: How to stop the robot? What is the max speed?
A: By put the weight back, the gyroscopes lead the wheels would back-run and then stop the robot. The max speed is 18 km per hour.
3, Q: How much time on one charge ?
A: A full charge takes1-2 HOURS.
4, Q: Full power endurance mileage and time is the number ?
A: The full power of endurance mileage of about 15-18 km , the life time of about 2-3 hours .
5, Q: Riding in those places ?
A: Yes, on the ground than the flat, solid obstacle fewer indoor and outdoor driving, avoid to the rivers, swimming pools, lakes.

A: Yes, we had EMC CE certificate by through the firm Intertek testing lab, which did the electrical products testing for European Union market for years.
9, Q: Can I get some samples?
A: we offer sample for quality check. Considering electric bike as big item with certern value,we don't offer free sample and transportation fee is not contained in sample price .
10, Q: Do you have the products in stock?
A: we do have product in stock for demenstic market,it may not suit your demand.
11, Q: What’s the delivery time?
A: It usually takes about 15 working days. But the exact delivery time might be different for different orders or at different time.Once we confirmed all detail of order, we'll put all source into it.
