3.R&D Team and Quality Control
Our R&D center has a young and experienced R&D team, with total 25 college leverl scientific and technical person, the average age is less than 30 years old.
The scientific and technical person account for 58.62% of the total people in company. The R&D Center has 13 research end develope people, all of them with college above education, accounting for 22.41% of the whole company. They are the industry's elite and the pioneer, the R&D department is responsible for new technology, new product research and development and industrial production follow-up.
Firstly, the quality control process
The production process to implement the "three inspection" (self-inspection, mutual inspection, special inspection) procedures to ensure control of product quality. The manufactured products require the "three pass" (raw material into the plant pass, semi-finished product pass, finished off the factory pass) to ensure reaching the required quality; finished product storage, transportation and sales in the market were also included in the product quality management.
Secondly, pass the quality management system certification

Warranty & Return Policy
Statement of warranty
FYT LED (CHINA) warrants all the products manufactured by FYT LED (CHINA) to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 36-60 months after the date of the original purchase.
FYT LED (CHINA) warranty covers only the product itself; FYT LED (CHINA) will assume no liability for labor costs, installation costs, or other losses.
Your warranty rights will be honored only when the product has been installed and used properly as deemed by FYT LED (CHINA). FYT LED (CHINA) will not repair or replace products damaged by improper use or faulty installation.
In case of breakage
Customer must report any damage within 3 days of receipt of order by sending digital photographs (.jpg) of damaged items and shipping materials to E-mail. Customer must retain damaged merchandise, packing and shipping containers until claim has been settled.
Damage in transit is the sole responsibility of the carrier, and any claims beyond this 3 day period will not be deemed valid by FYT LED (CHINA).All claims regarding shipment error must be made within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise.
Return policy
Returns must be first acknowledged by FYT LED (CHINA).Before return, please contact the related salesman in charge, or by an e-mail.All packages sent to FYT LED (CHINA)must have the initial sales invoice number issued and printed clearly on the outside for return.
