R&D Team and Quality Control
There are 7 R&D engineers in FYTLED, including 4 power supply engineers, 3 mechanical structure engineers; all engineers have more than 3 years R&D working experiences in LED industry. Furthermore, CEO Mr. Tom Tang is our chief product designer, who always has unique design idea and sensitive to the market demand.
With the support of our professional R&D team, we will launch 2 models of new product each month, so as our sales agent and distributors, you could always have the newest and cheaper product and gain more market share and orders in the local market.
Firstly, the quality control process
The production process to implement the "three inspection" (self-inspection, mutual inspection, special inspection) procedures to ensure control of product quality. The manufactured products require the "three pass" (raw material into the plant pass, semi-finished product pass, finished off the factory pass) to ensure reaching the required quality; finished product storage, transportation and sales in the market were also included in the product quality management.
Secondly, pass the quality management system certification
Based on "product quality is enterprise's life" concept, our company actively adopt the quality management system certification: in the year of 2011, we passed ISO quality management system certification-ISO9001:2008, our company has been improving and maintaining quality management system continued to operate effectively.

Free Repair Service Policy
Under FYTLED’s limited warranty term, if you are having problems with our product, please contact your account manager. Indicate the problems or failures you are having and take the pictures of the problems or faulty products.
If the quantity of faulty product is small, FYTLED will ship the free replacement without asking for sending back the faulty ones. If faulty quantity is big, FYTLED will ask you to send back the products for repairs. (Please ensure that product is well packaged, we will not be responsible for any damages suffered during transportation.)
Materials and labor will be free of charge in repairs under warranty. Transportation expenses of returning and replacement are covered by us.
Quick Response to complaint
We will respond to you within 24 hours upon receiving your complaint in our working days (Monday to Friday). It will help us to help you to get quick response to your complaint if you indicate the details of your complaint, such as the pictures of the problems or faulty products, faulty qty and so on.
