IQF Yellow Peach dice should correspond with the definition «IQF»,should be quick frozen fruits.
Yellow peaches are washed, peeled, pitted, cut in dices as requirements and blanched to assure a clean, wholesome product. The peaches are blanched and prepared and frozen in accordance with good manufacturing practices, coated withascorbic acid or citric acid solution to promote color retention and conforms to Chinese CIQ standardsfor grades of frozen yellow peach for exporting .The Product has to be produced under the sanitary standards condition and practically free from Impurities and free from any technical additives.
Mainly strong board of cartons with polyethylene (PE) inside bearing net mass 10-25kg of IQF products.
IQF products should be transported in special refrigerators with thermal registration equipment.
Temperature of supply –18℃ or lower. Temperature of storage –18℃ or lower
Shelf life not less than 2 years from production date. Freezing after defrosting is forbidden.
