"JLCT-F-2000 Semi Automatic Powder Filling Machine" is suitable for measuring and filling powder in food, chemical, medical industry. This "powder filling machine" measures powder in the volume of screw rotation, which driven by stepping motor, it has high measuring accuracy and easy to operate. This "Powder Quantitative Filling Machine" can manual adjust the filling time by foot pedal switch. In order to prevent dripping, the screw will instantaneously reverse at the end of the blanking everytime via the screw reverse function.

Product Advantage
1. Two Ways to Control the Filling:
a) Set the filling range on the control panel, and than use hand to touch the proximity switch.
b) Use foot pedal switch to control the filling time manually.
2. The screw reverses function:
The screw will instantaneously reverse at the end of the blanking everytime, to prevent the powder dripping from the discharge hole.
3. Induction Material Level Switch:
If you buy a "feeding machine", then we can connect the "feeding machine" to "induction material level switch". When the powder in the storage bin is low, the "induction material level switch" will give a signal to the "feeding machine", and the "feeding machine" will automatically feeding the powder into the storage bin.
4. PLC Control and Touch Screen
Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is better than the Peripheral Interface Controller (PIC), PLC has powerful
computing capacity, therefore it controls the stepping motor more accurate.
Instead of using buttons to control, we equip the "powder filling machine" with touch screen, compare with buttons the touch screen is convenient and fast to adjust the filling range.
5. Automatic Regulator (Electric Scale):
This "automatic regulator" can help the PLC to adjust the filling range by continuous weighing 3 bag's weight. If the bag's weight is not right, the PLC can adjust the speed of the rotation of the screw to meet the right weight.
Open-able stock bin (No need to take the stock bin down for cleaning and maintenance):
Feature:
- Can clean the corner within ten minutes at any time.
- Can adjust the stirrer’s position, which can make the powder’s accuracy achieve best.
- Can maintain stirrer, metering screw, long axis parts conveniently.
Under the high precision processing technical, the motor, long axis, hopper, metering screw, and filling cup works highly synchronize.
