Use: the packaging machines apply to food, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries viscous little powdered materials such as milk power, soybean milk, cereals, such as automated packaging materials.
Packaging materials: composite material:paper/polyethylene, cellophane/polyethylene, polyester/aluminum/polyethylene, bopp film, tea-leaf filter paper., etc.
Characteristic:
1. All stainless steel cover meet to GMP standard, it is very safe for the products.
2. The machinery is controlled by PLC control, the bag size, filling range are adjustable, so the operation is very easy with digital display.
3. All the sealing roller and spear parts inner of the machinery, have been made by the special chemical treatment, so they would never rust in the hot and wet circumstance.
4. Volume used as wrapping paper, its outer diameter is less than 300mm. Skeleton diameter paper rolls : 75mm.
5. Packaging material requirements of uniform thickness, the edge of neat, composite solid. Bright packaging materials printed on both sides of punctuation, not less than 5mm in width, length of not less than 10mm.
6. Cursor point to contrast with the color of the substrate, the cursor points along the length of the packaging may not be printed with text or other patterns, a tracking error-free cursor movement.
7. Features: measuring, cutting, sealing, counting, photocell tracking, printing codes, air inflation, exhausting, etc.
