the biogdegradable plastic film is produced by using pbs or pha as raw materials with modification.
it can completely be biodegradable, safe and nontoxic. the following are the main characters by using the materials:
1.by using the iso14855 testing method, the relative biogical decomposition rate is more than 90 percent.
2.by using the ASTM D6400 testing method, the heavy metal content is up to standard.
3.under the conditon of industrial composting, 90%of the material in three months is disintegrated into pieces which are less than 2 mm.
4.residues after the decomposition of compost have no toxicity when they are tested on the growth of summer wheat and water celery.
5. this kind of films has excellent mechanical properties.
the elongation at break of the series of resin materials is more than 500%. this material exhibits great toughness, which is ideal biogdegradable material with excellent mechanical properies.
