1.Standard configurations are the entire computer, the electro-hydraulic proportional control system, high degree of automation, special configuration for users with computerized frequency conversion power- saving control system. These series products are high efficiency, power-saving, stable and reliable.
2.Injection volume and the stroke of mould-open&close can be calculated and controlled precisely by electronic ruler , mould-open&close is a multi-polar speed regulation.
3.Injecting, preplasticating screw and feeding cylinder are nitrogen treated, with abrasion resistant.
4. Heating plate uses cast aluminum overall heating, computer PID control, precision temperature; injecting, preplasticating feeding cylinder use hot oil heating method, stable and even.
5. Infrared light screen protection devices ensure operation safe.
6. Equipped with moving mould, ejection , mechanical tip and core devices.
7.Applicable line:uto Rubber Parts, Body Rubber Parts,Rubber Boots for Cables,Hydraulic Seals,Engine Mountings,Anti Vibration Mountin.
