pretreatment :
1) first we draw out tap water by water pump, then get into the first filter , media filter. It content quartz sand, blind coal. It could filtrate colloid , suspended substances, seston, granule and other solid impurity things in water to make water get clean.
2) Second is Active carbon filter, you know active carbon, has many small hole and big surface , has strong a physical adsorb ability , could filtrate organics, free residual chlorine, and heavy metal ion .
3) Softener and Iron and manganese filter : use ion exchange resin and technology, filtrate many heavy metal ion ,such as calcium, magnesium ion .
4) Ultra-filtration and Micro-filtration: use PVDC or macromolecule material , you know ,it has just like tree fibre to keep the many impurity things .
Advanced treatment ( depth treatment)
1) membrane method treatment or we call it RO( reverse osmosis) could remove salt, metal ion and microbe in water .
terminal treatment :
1) ozone generator and UV( ultra violet) sterilization : ozone is extremely strong oxidant with the function of high-efficiency and sterilization . meawhile, the product of ozone reaction is oxygen ,so without second pollution .
