The automatic filling machine is a piston filling equipment. Adopt adjusting piston, the request filling volume can be adjusted quickly and precisely. Automatic feeding bottle-positioning and operation are controlled automatically.
This automatic filling machine has a liquid level alarm. With safety control device, machine will stop automatically when bottle fell down or not in correct position. A stirring device has been added on the material barrel for easily separating liquid.
The special design for the filling valve, the switch valve and the other accessories make the automatic filling machine meet the requirement of high speed filling. It also mixes the features of smooth operation, reliability. And the sealing ring has the automatic retrieving function.
The components whether contact the material or not is made of stainless steel, meet the requirements of food sanitation. This automatic filling machine can be used in rotated filling for metal cans and glass cans, if some components are changed. It is an ideal filling device for the food manufactures.
