PUHLER Paint PTR Three Roll Mills For Ceramic Pigments / Chemical Pulp
The PTR Lab Three Roll Mill is the workhorse in any product development lab. Its compact size and compact price make it ideal for dispersing small amounts of pigment or chemicals in inks, pastes, thick films, cosmetics, pharmaceutical products and many more applications.
The PTR Lab Three Roll Mill is available with the following features:
Roller Material (Chrome Plated Hardened Steel, hard-porcelain & aluminum oxide ceramic)
Scraper System w/ interchangeable blades of plastic, surface-treated steel &, aluminum oxide ceramic)
Single or variable roller speed
110V/60Hz operation
1. The standard configuration is manual, Water-cooling and horizontal
setting, If you need any special function, such as heating system,
you can place an order marking your requirements on it ；
2. The roller is made by double-metal cold and hard alloy, and is not
suitable for the grinding of corrosive materials；
3. Roller surface is made of double-metal cold and hard alloy and is of
high rigidity,anti-shock,and great endurance;
4. Transmission system: multi-line chain wheel, soft starting, allows
high transmission effect, stable running and noiselessness;
5. Manual operating differential speed adjusting roller allows simple
and correct adjustment.The overload prevention device is safe and
reliable.
