Range of application:

JYT-GF coating machine is for coating hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive on substrate, and laminate with another material(it mainly depends on customers' requirement). it can make kinds of products, such as self-adhesive label, heat sensitive label, adhesive tapes, advertisement inkjet material, and laminating of poor temperature resistance.

Main characteristic:

1. the speed of main machine and quantity if glue feeding are automatic synchronous tracking and manual control.

2. machine are equipped with automatic tension controllers for un-winders and re-winder.

3. filters adopt automatic netting changing technology to reduce blockage.

4. coating head adopts high precision alloy steel, which can make sure good coating result when machine is working with high speed.

5. extend disance between coating device and compound, it suits some material which can not bear high temperature.
