Main introductions for new press machine manufacturer hydraulic hot press machine plywood press machine :
1. Hot press machine is one of main equipments for wood-based panel, the series hot press that we develop and produce based on our experience and other manufactures' products advantage is suitable for the producing of plywood ,bamboo plywood,construction template, block board, shaving board, density board, decorating facing board etc. 2. It is suitable in thermo-compressing moulding section for production of shaving board, fiber compressed board etc.
3. This machine is equipped with advanced hydraulic system and control system, and synchronous-close function is also available.
4. Thus the time difference between press time of upper layer and bottom layer is decreased and product quality is guaranteed.
5. It is the preferred equipment to improve production efficiency in enterprise of large-scale man-made board production.
The feature of plywood production line
- The cylinders we use are from Wuxi top three brands, and guaranteed one-year after-sale service;
- The hot platens we use are from Kunshan Guangqi---best in quality and largest in output. The platens are produced on high precision machine tool. Three features of the platen: precision in thickness: all 0.5mm; flatness 0.5mm; surface finish 1.6.
- The main frame has improved over 20 items, among which the most outstanding items are:
a) The vertical shaft was used H model, inner support moved 20cm inward; the semicircle beneath the inner support moved up 30cm, thus decreased the moment and increased the security of the vertical shaft.
b) The whole frame is made of imported steel plate. An R-shaped arch is added on the spot of largest moment force of the frame, thus strengthened the security of the frame.
c) The movable crossbeam is assisted with a precision guide to keep pace with the cylinder.
d) The slideway is fastened with CL.8.8 bolts, which are easy for replacement and destuffing and of high precision.
e) The three machining surface of the frame are qualified to produce any kind of panel.
f) The main pipe is welded together and the joints are flanged, easy to destuff.
g) The whole machine is installed without welding.
