The process of Huatai wheat flour mill machinery prices :
Cleaning Process:
Twice separating, Twice De-stoning, Twice Scouring/Beating, Once Washing,
Twice Air Suction and Twice Magnetic Selecting
Two stages raw wheat cleaning and clean wheat cleaning. 1 set of three in one
cleaner and 1 set of wheat washer to pre-clean raw wheat at first stage; 1 set of
rotary sieve and 1 set of horizontal type wheat scourer to clean tempered wheat.
Milling and Sifting Process:
4B3M
1 set of 6F40 roller mill and 6 sets of 6F35 roller mill at milling process; 2 sets
of FSFS83 double case plansifter and 1 set of bran finisher at sifting process
Packaging Process:
can be either manually packaging with weighing machine, stitcher or automatically packaging
