The process of flour mill machines :
1.Intake Section — Silo— First Cleaning Section—Conditioning Silo—Second Cleaning
Section— Milling Section— Packing Section
2.This production line takes wheat as input material and gives standard bread flour as final product. It consists of three main process: cleaning, milling and sifting, packaging. The whole set is designed as compact floor type and all machines are controlled by a CPU which makes the operation fully automatic.
Cleaning Process OF flour mill machines :
Twice separating, Twice De-stoning, Twice Scouring/Beating, Once Washing, Twice Air Suction and Twice Magnetic Selecting
Two stages raw wheat cleaning and clean wheat cleaning. 1 set of three in one cleaner and 1 set of wheat washer to pre-clean raw wheat at first stage; 1 set of rotary sieve and 1 set of horizontal type wheat scourer to clean tempered wheat.
Milling and Sifting Process of flour mill machines :

1 set of 6F40 roller mill and 6 sets of 6F35 roller mill at milling process;
2 sets of FSFS83 double case plansifter and 1 set of bran finisher at sifting process
Packaging Process of flour mill machines :
can be either manually packaging with weighing machine, stitcher or automatically packaging
Features of flour mill machines :
1) High efficiency cleaning equipment, including aspiration seperator, vibro sparator,destoner,
dempener,disc cylinder selector.
2)Advanced milling equipment, including pneumatic control roller mill, electric control roller mill,
square plansifter, purifier.
3) High precision packing machine from 5kg to 50kg.
