1. Product applications
Filler Masterbatch,it can be applied into packing films, bag products, sheet products, plate products, secondary processed extruded products, suction moulded products, blown moulded precuts (such as bottle), injection moulded products, etc.
2. Main Constituents
LLDPE/PE/LDPE/HDPE, CaCO3, many kinds of modified additives, etc.
3. Technical indexes
1, Appearance: It has better plasticizing property, showing white or grayish white color. It exposes as regular granules with little impurity.
2, physical and chemical properties
Density 1.7±0.5g/m3
volatile matter ≤2.0%
Melt Flow Index 5.0±0.5g/10min
4. Using method
With addictive amount of 10%-40% of this product, low cost but high quality plastic products can be produced in the regular processing of ordinary plastic films, plastic bags and other ordinary products, such as extruded products, injecton products and blowing bottle products. Please note that processing temperature is a little higher at the time of welded sealing.
5. storing conditions and expiration date
Keep it in a clean aeration drying environment. Packaging damage and exposure are not allowed.
Expiration date: one year.
