Application:
This small oil refining unit mainly has three models according to different capacity: 1TPD, 2TPD, 3TPD. It can be used to refine many kinds crude oil like sunflower oil, peanut oil, soybean oil, cottonseed oil, palm oil, rice bran oil, etc.
This oil refining unit is for batch refining, with fuctions of big and small scale batch refining equipment.
This oil refining unit is combined with the complete set of equipment. It has its own heat source, electrical control, with features of light weight and electricity saving. Only turning on power and connecting water, prepare little coal or firewood, caustic soda, phosphoric acid,bleaching clay and other materials, the equipment can be operated.

Main Equipment of Small Scale Edible Oil Refinery Equipment:
Neutralizing kettle: Used for acid refining, alkali refining and water washing.
Bleaching pot: Used for bleaching oil and removing the pigment from the oil
Deodorization pot: Used for removing the odor from the oil (made of stainless steel).
Conduction oil furnace: Providing the heat power for production, temperature can reach 280℃.
Vacuum pump: Providing the vacuum condition for bleaching and deodorization process, it can reach more than755mmHg.
Air compressor: Used for drying the bleaching clay and pressing the refined oil.
Filter: Used for filtering the clay.
Steam generator: Generate the needed steam for deodorizing process.

Operating Instructions of Refining:
♦Testing the crude oil to know the acid value and color, if available can do sample test in laboratory.
♦Connecting with the cooling water.
♦Prepare the clay, industrial alkali Lye and coal.
♦Connecting with the electric power
♦Check the vacuum pump, air compressor, filter and conduction oil pump of Small Scale Edible Oil Refinery Equipment.
to see whether they’re normal.
♦Every time for changing the conduction oil, it needs to heated for 5 hours at temperature of 98℃ to remove the water, if no water vapor overflow in head tank, can raise the temperature slowly to 280℃.
♦Everything is all ready. You can add oil to do refining.
