- Track product installations/assets using an NFC or Camera Enabled Android Smartphone.
- Create new SKU’s or Import from your Excel files, details of Projects, Sub Projects, Site, Staff Authorization ID's, Items, Activities and Materials that need to be tracked.
- View Reports of Data collected with our detailed forms or use your own company Quality and Procedure forms in Word.
- Make customized Reports, Label Printing and as-built reports.
- Upload a picture of the Installation or confirmation of installations directly from the Mobile application whilst on-site or with photos of installation at various stages with an immediate upload to the web-interface account with date and time stamps for viewing. You can print the final report only when the fault or snag is completed / corrected and only when required.

SiteTrack Applications
Construction Projects
SiteTrack helps in tracking project specific tasks and Product or Asset Installations. Procured items or Defined Activities can be recorded and tracked for Installation, Testing and Commissioning and Maintenance with Photos at various stages up until Defect Liability period or more. The report can be conveniently handed over to clients as As-Built reports. The report also becomes a permanent online viewable record for future references.
Consider a Hotel or Resort Construction Project with Interiors and hundreds of other items installed. All installation items can be tagged with an NFC Tag at the point of installation by a Supervisor/Engineer with an NFC and Camera Enabled Smartphone and tracked all the way to Quality Control Approval by QC Engineers from the Client or Consultants side. The consultant can be provided limited or complete access for Inspection and Approval. Upon Completion the Record/s becomes an As-Built Record automatically to which the Client can easily have access for managing during Defect Liability period or thereafter.
Additional features allows label printing for items to be tracked with Client logo, Installer details, etc. with a unique NFC code or QR code for tracking with a swipe by the Supervisor/Engineer’s smartphone.
Fire Stopping Industry as per FM 4991 /UL or ICC codes
Useful for Project Management for Firestop Industry Contractors and Inspectors, entire Firestopping Projects with details like Firestop System, Fire Alarms , Fire Barriers and Compartment Management or Fire Containment Systems along with their pre-determined installation locations created in an Excel file can be imported to SiteTrack through the web interface in one go. The record, as per FM and UL requirements, can be printed with unique NFC or QR codes and recorded through various stages of installation, final approval and further maintenance that remain as a permanent record.
Final reports in proper report formats can be easily shared with AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction) like Consultants, Civil Defence, Owners for future maintenance via URL’s and Authorized Access created for them.
Photos as a visual record can be taken via the Supervisor/Engineers smartphone and linked to the particular NFC Tag and SiteTrack record to track installation and final approval.
Asset Management
Large companies have various assets which include computers, copiers, printers, water machines, etc in an office or plant environment. All Assets can be tagged with a discreet NFC tag with information of area of usage or area of installation. If it’s an asset like a computer, it could also contain information with regards to who it was handed over to and when. Incase it was taken away for repairs, such data can also be programmed onto the Tag which of course is updated via the Android Mobile app on the SiteTrack User area. Accountability is assured with proper any-time accessible records minus the manual paperwork of course.
