This double layer roman blind is very beautiful. Front layer with 100% polyester back painted, red color and second layer with polyester fabric like sheer. It has new system installation, top with U style iron tube and bottom PVC rail. two layers fabric is seperated on the iron each side. It is very easy to install and push up or dwon. It is very nice to hang our room.
