The VOLKSLIFT offers appealing transparent, stainless steel or sandwich panel balustrades. Reduction of the overall width to 93 inches (1600 mm) means it fits into existing pit dimensions. making iit ideal for replacing older escalators no longer able to handle a high-traffic environment.
Configured to individual requirements
The VOLKSLIFT escalator is modular. Its components can be adapted to meet the specifications of most public transportation facilities. Drives, chains, tracks, and trusses can all be tailored to customer needs. It meets the world’s toughest regulatory standards for speed and product life – like the American Public Transportation Association [APTA], Italy's Ministerial Decree No. 295/1975, and the Hong Kong Code of Practice. This makes it suitable for ultra-high-rise applications as well.
