2. Q: Can your products be customized?
A: Our products can be customized, including material, size, logo, color and so on. We could provide not only pens but also design.
3. Q: Where is your factory? How can I get here?
A: Our factory is located in Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, we also have a shop at international trade city in Yiwu. You could get here by plane or train, then we will pick you up by car.
4. Q: We have many products for your selection. Our products include metal pen, promotional fat ballpoint pens , ballpoint pen, fountain pen, pencil, roller pen, gel pen, crystal pen, touch pen, banner pen, promotional pen and so on.
Our sample details
1. If promotional name card holder without printing, we could provide free samples, but the freight fee will be paid by the customers.
2. If you need the sample with your custom logo on it, then you will have to pay the plate fee(set up charge)together with the freight fee.
3. When we confirm the payment, we will start to prepare the samples ASAP. Your full address(including receiver's full name, phone number, zip code, city and country) should be well declared.
4. If you don't have a DHL, FEDEX, TNT or UPS account for the freight collect, we also accept transfer throught Paypal.
