The main function of TIR prism bonded prism is to divide the illumination path from imaging path.The main function of TIR bonded prism is to divide the illumination path from imaging path,that also called as incidence light and outgoing light of the DMD components in DLP system. Using TIR prism means more simple optical path design and better image quality.

1,The imaging path can assure high transmittance ratio between -9.5°~14.5°, for example at 0°,can assure T≥95%.
2,The bonded air gap can be controlled between 0.005-1mm according to customer requirement.And the tolerance for 0.005-0.01mm range can achieve ±0.003mm.
3,Fastness of the bonding:Does not peel off when under the 500N force from outgoing surface.
4,Black matt paint available on appointed surface or area. Advantage:cost under well control, stable quality level, assure the guaranteed service for customer.
