Cutting
We cut each size of iron pipe and stainless steel pipe by ourself.
Pipe bending
Some simple kinds of pipe bending process, we do it by ourself. If it is difficult, we will ask some perfessional factory to do it.
Welding
Avoid overlap, slag inclusion, lack of fusion, excessive spatter and incomplete penetration, other quality problem and so on.
Polishing
Before painting or plating, we will finish polishing procsss. Make the semi finished-product smooth, it will good for painting or plating.
Leather cutting, stitching and upholstery
No stitching inclined
No unstitched
Package
Some kinds of furniture are heavy, we will use timber package or plywood package to make it strong and pertect goods good.
Delivery time: regular order is 15 DAYS
Custom orders: 20 DAYS
Output: 10000 pieces per month
Payment terms: EXW, FOB, CIF
Payment: 30% deposit before start production, balance will be paid before shipment. If order quantity is large, we can discuss other payment.
