details:
Full ceramic bearing with diamagnetic electrically insulating, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, not self lubricating, high temperature resistance, cold and other characteristics, can be used in extremely harsh environment and special conditions.
The ferrule and the rolling body adopts zirconium oxide (ZrO2) ceramic materials, the retainer using Poly Tetra Fluoro Ethylene (PTFE) as standard equipment.
Rolling body and ferrule are made of Si3N4,the cage using polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) as the standard,at the same time,RPA66-25,PEEK,PI and phenolic fabric tube are available.Si3N4 full ceramic bearing compared to the ZrO2 material can be used in high speed and load capacity.and is suitable for high temperature environment.as well can provide for precision ceramic bearing spindle with high speed and high precision,high rigidity,high manufacturing precision up to P4 to UP.
