2.Characteristic Feature:
| 1.Polyester Film with higher modulus and excellent Tensile Strength can be satisfied with the requirements of the longitudinal and precision printing.Because of excellent Tensile Strength,Polyester Film can be used for High-speed printing. |
| 2.Polyester films needs to have enough surface wetting tensions to ensure the adhesion of the printing ink fastness.Especially it should do some treatments on the surface to adapt to the shallow network printing.The surface wetting tensions can reach to above 52 mN/M. |
| 3.The thickness tolerance of the film is small.The larger thickness tolerance is not better for the printing uniformity.The thickness of our BOPET films produced by the first-class equipment is uniform.It's average thickness tolerance is less than 2%. |
| 4.The film electrostatic which not only affects the printing fastness,but also lead to film blocking and dust absorption.etc,could be eliminated through special processing. |
