Scrap battery recycling equipment
The battery pollution has seriously affected our environment. Our company developed a battery of metal recycling equipment, to protect the environment and reducing environmental pollution and it have been recognized by environment protection department
The recycling machine line can convert scrap battery into lead and plastic and automatically collect acid water. This way was instead of human dismantling.
The complete equipment's working principle and procedure:
It works based on an advanced and forward-looking technology that can high-efficiently separate lead and other metals from plastic. The whole process is environmentally sound other than other traditional ways that need incineration or chemical processing.
Main steps:
step 1: Cut storage battery into four parts to deplete liquid inside it.
step 2: Use an intelligent coarse shredder to crush lead plate into 1-2cm before it flows to step 3.
step 3: An intelligent fine crusher is used to reduce the coarsely crushed plates into granule with size between 1-4mm, now the battery has turned into slurry state.
step 4: Slurry flows to feeding silo via feeding slot.
step 5: The lighter material will float up while the heavier material will sink down to a vibrating screen for separation through a spiral chute.
Note: water is for circulation use, and the recovery rate of metal can reach up to 99.7% through a wet gravity separation way.
