STA silicon carbide heating element can be used in the furnace temperature 600C-1600C, directly in the air use as well, and it need not any protective atmosphere. Because of SiC heating elements well performance, they are widely used in high temperature furnace, ceramics, glass, analysis and test, semiconductor, science research etc.
1. silicon carbide heating element are non-metal electric heating element made from SiC as its main raw materials.
2. It has some specific properties, such as low expansion coefficient, little deformation, stable chemical property, long service life, easy installation and maintenance, etc.
3. It can be directly used in the air atmosphere without any protection atmosphere.
4. Sic elements of silicon carbide is extensively used in the fields of metallurgy, ceramics, glass, machinery, analysis test, semiconductor, science & research and so on.
I. Types: We make Rod type(ED type), Dumbbell type(DB type),U type, W type (Three Phase type), Solid Rod type, Spiral type and 5 piece type (dual hot zone) or according to your requirement.
