UV ink advantage:
Its instant dry feature that leaves the graphic completely cured. It is not easu to clog the print head
UV ink boasts fewer emissions than solvent inks which is more environmental friendly.

Can print on flexible material and rigid material
Machine Highlights:
Higher Speed Plus Higher Resolution:
Konica print head with 1024-14PL nozzle is used to support you with high speed printing and higher resolution(Max resolution can be up to 1440dpi*1440dpi)
Double circulation for white color
One small circulation is the circulation within the ink bottle. when the head cartridge stop, the circulation starts. The pump starts to stir the ink bottle.
One big circulation is the circulation from the ink sub tank to the ink bottle
Beside this , there will be automatic frequency flush on the print head set by the software.
In this way, the white clot on the print head can be get rid of .
Solid Mechanical machine structures
The X axial guide rail is imported from JAPAN THK and taiwan PMI . which is more stable than the belt transmission to prevent of the belt will get loose after half years usage. The Y axial we use double screw pole for transmission.
Material Automatic height testing function
The machine can test the material height automatically.
Print head protection system
Print head anti-crash system can protect the print head by stopping the head cartridge in case of print head crash.
