Large, true Flatbed design adapts a strong 6 zones sectional vacuum table to keep media stationary on a flat surface to achieve accurate registration, heavy duty chassis ensures many years durable time. Enabling to hold heavy materials virtually up to 120mm in thickness; black table with high absorbance to reduce UV reflection to eyes.
4.Print directly onto a variety of rigid or sheet-cut flexible materials like vinyl, leather, glass, wood, ceram, acry and more.
5. Advanced and efficient integration Technology UV curable system, provides eco-friendly print condition. One or two UV lambs can be used while printing according to different material for suitable cured result.
6. Negative pressure ink supply system control CMYK colors and white colors separately and built-in temperature sensor & heater type P.H keeps fluent and continuous print, no need automatic nozzle clearing during printing or for standby, lots of UV ink saved every year
7. imaging technology for droplet of 14PL or 42PL,max resolution reaches 1440dpi
8. Basic 4 colors, 6colors white and varnish are available. White options of substrate, cover white, fill white and spot white achieve wonderful white applications.
9. Clear top coating varnish as a separate application is used to increase outdoor life, avoid scratch and add & reduce gloss.
