UV Printing Machine
1. We are UV flatbed printer manufacturer. Our factory locates in Shanghai, China.
2. Substrates of our machine: Glass, PVC, carpet, wood , MDF, foam board, acylic sheet, plexiglass sheet , alumium sheet, ACP, ceramic, glass, etc.
3. It adopts Konica M1024 print heads, the high resolution is up to 1440dpi. It has the heater and temperature sensor inside.
4. It has separate negative pressure system for the coloful ink and white ink.
5. It uses the air compressor to control the UV lamps' shutters.
6. The UV lamps are imported lamps from the UK.
7. It adopts UV curing ink, dry immediately as soon as printing. The firmness of printing is very strong.
The UV ink is environmental protection ink.
8.It has anti- crash system for the head carriage, so it can protect the print heads safefully.
