Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are factory.
Q: How long is your production time?
A: Generally it is 3-8 days if the structure and the technical requirements for the products are not too complicated.
Q: Do you provide samples ? Is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer samples, hand samples will be made by CNC maching, but cannot be free; T0/T1 samples(made by moulding) will be free.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
1): Payment amount less than 1500USD, 100% in advance.
2): Payment above on 1500USD, 50% T/T in advance, the 50% balance paid before shippment.
3): For the mould, 40% T/T in advance, 30% paid while the T0 samples are produced; the 30% balance will be paid before shipment.
