Product Description
1. This series of juice filling machine integrates washing, filling and capping into one unit, can be used for the hot filling production of different kinds of fruit juices/tea.
2. With only a few parts changed, the machine also can be used for filling mineral water, pure water.
3. The advanced micro-negative pressure filling technology is used in this machine. The filling is quick, steady and accurate. The beverage feedback system is well designed, the gas can be fed back separately, without contact with materials. It can reduce the second time pollution and oxidation.
4. This machine can meet all the technical requirements for hot drink filling below 95. All filling valves and beverage conducting pipes can be cleaned, and the automatic washing interface CIP is designed in the machine. Before capping, the water washing device is used to wash the bottle mouth to keep bottle mouth away from mildew phenomena.
5. Adopt magnetic torque screwing head cover, to achieve grasping cap, screw cap. The power of screw capping can be adjusted stepless. It can use constant power to screw capping the plastic caps.
6. The human machine interface is the touch-screen. The most advanced PLC control and frequency changing technologies are used in this machine.
7. The cap feeding system can be controlled automatically, the filling temperature can be detected automatically, alarm system for the over heat of the beverage. The filling will be stopped when the beverage temperature is too low and the beverage will flow back. When no bottles available, the machine will be in waiting state, and no caps will be applied. When no caps available, or the bottles are jammed, the machine will stop automatically. Productivity: 5000-24000bottles/hour for users to choose
