The Automatic Folder Gluer Machine is used to Gluing, Folding, Counting, Ejecting the cardboard after Flexo Printer Slotter machine, the speed can reach to 180sheets/mins, and easy to improve the working efficiency and reduce the labor charges.

Features:

1. The whole machineis designed and made according to high requirements with reliable and safety functions.

2. Average gluing speed should be 8000-10000pcs per hour, which improves productivity greatly.

3. The whole machine adopts PLC and touch screen and Button for controlling.

4. Paperboard feeding, gluing, folding, adjusting, counting and stacking can be done automatically.

5. Feeding unit designed with vacuum suction, and adopted leather belt for paperboard delivery.

6. It equipped creasing and re-creasing function so that even more accurate when folding.

7. Automatic DUAL Squaring system, lower defective rate.

8. Improving folding accuracy if happen paper skew through differential adjusting function. Scissors shape tail could not happen.

9. Automatic accounting, shape adjusting then stacking. All cartons can be piled up according to a certain quality. Pre-set the producing quantity is available.

10. There is a space for temporary storage and flap after folding and gluing, to ensure the cartons well-glued and fixed.

11. Adopts excellent materials and parts. All the rollers are chrome plated and harden treated; all the gears are ground by Germany High-precise gear grinding machine, the precision grade up to 6.5; all the bearings adopts JAPAN NSK/NTN/IKO.

After Delivery (After Sales Service):

2. Will delivery some Quickly Consumble Parts when delivery the machine.

If any problem happened during machine working, once received customer's email, will reply it within 1hour to check details problems, and will teach customer how to solve this problem within 24hours; if any spare parts or damaged parts needed for this machine, will send it within 24hours in we have in stock, if not will send it within 3days.

 Packaging:

The machine will be saperated in to each unit, and each unit will be packed independently with iron base, cardboard, and bopp film, and will be fixed well in the container.
