Paddy & Wheat threshing machine
This machine is well suited for rice and wheat threshing. It is high efficiency, and can thresh rice and wheat throughly. After processing, rice and wheat won't get injuired. It is also very simple to move and operate.

1. Part One: product description
The TM01 thresher machine is intended for paddy and wheat. The thresher has a great capacity, an output of 1000kgs of paddy per hour. Its simplicity of design and operation makes it immensely popular with rice farmers.
2. Part Two: Principle of work
a) Structure: The Machine is mainly made up of:
(1)driver pulley (2)belt (3)discharge hole for culm (4)discharge hole for cereal (5)lid (6)driven pulley (7)rotating rotor (8)thresher base (9)sieve (10)feeding hole (11)fixture
b) Working Principle:
The crops first flow from the hopper into the studio. Next crops will be rubbed, squeezed by the rotating rotor. The sieve separates the grain from culm. Finally, the grain will come out from the discharge hole and the culm will be thrown out of the thresher, and the threshing is finished.

4.Part Four: Installment and operation
Before the user using, first install the spare part correctly. Then check the belt carefully and adjust the direction of the motor. Do make sure the screw tight. Let the thresher spinning for 3-5 minutes to assure no any problems.
If the sieve is vulnerable, such as the sieve breakage, please replace a new sieve.
After the test, feed the plant into the hopper evenly and continuously. Pay attention not to let metal and such hard materials to enter, in order to avoid the machine from damages.
