Optical Emission Spectrometer HWLD-1C1/3C1
HWLD-C, the latest model of optical emission spectrometer, is manufactured by huatec group Corporation, based on more than 30 years manufactured experience, customer’s the practices and advancing technology.
HWLD-1C1, is suitable for quick quantitative metals analysis from the complex matrix samples (for example: Al, Al alloy, Mg alloy, Cu). HWLD-3C1 has been improved enhancing the ease and accuracy of analysis for all metal products (for example: High alloy steel, Cast iron, Ni, Al, Cu, Cu alloy and Mg alloy).
This kind of spectrometer not only has the same advantages of high accuracy and stability as the former products (Type 750), but also has better analysis effect for cast Al alloy.
System Feature
Multiple channel detectors, Ultra-fast analysis, analysis in less than 30 seconds
Rational structure, high mechanical stability, stability optical system, the drift of optics is less than 10μm(24H).
Sealed nitrogen-inflated optical system can be adopted to analyse the wave length of UV, which is less than 230nm
High reproducibility and stability source, and, the exciting frequency is controlled by program.
The reliabilty measurement system,decreases the fault rate effectively
