1. Can you put my unique logo or name on the products?
Yes, we can put your logo or name onto the products, Just email us the logo or name, we will quote the cost and make sample for your review.
2. Can I get samples?We are happy to send samples for your review. Our sample policy is that some of the samples are free for the low value, some of them need charge the sample cost, and our clients pay the courier cost. Because we receive many samples requests every day, it is hard for us to afford all the shipping costs. For long term business, we provide all samples at our expense. It is also a very practical way to approve samples by photos of high saturation, it is fast and convenient.
3. What is your payment term?for first time business, our payment term is 30% deposit and the balance before shipment. Letter of Credit is acceptable as well.
4. What is your minimum order quantity?It depends on which products you order and the complexity of the products. Please contact us for the minimum quantity.
