Description:
Transparent thermal insulation coating is of high transmittance, after brushing on the surface of transparent material, It has the functions of the reflection of infrared and ultraviolet light and plays a good role of reflective insulation.
According to different environmental requirements and depending on the brushing material, transparent thermal insulation coating has water-based and solvent-based two types.
HQNANO-311 Characteristics:
1. heat insulation in summer: HQNANO-311transparent insulation coating can effectively block infrared heat radiation of sunlight and shield ultraviolet rays, reducing the heat of the sun into the room, the indoor temperature difference before and after the coating application can reach 3 ℃ ~ 8 ℃.
2. Heat retaining in winter: Due to the transparent thermal insulation coatings are made from nanomaterials, these nanomaterials can highly reflect Infrared radiation of indoor heat and reduce the contacting of heat with glass to prevent indoor heat transfer through the glass to outdoor and maintain indoor temperature.
3. Transparency of coating: Visible light transmittance is about <span> 80% </ span>, while maintaining transparency and meeting the demands of the indoor daylighting, it guarantees a certain view.
4.Environmental protection of coating: environmental protection type coating, harmless.
5. Ageing resistance of coating: It has good adhesive force, high strength and excellent durability.

Production tests:
1. Transparent thermal insulation coating is light blue water-based liquid , which is of non-toxic, non-irritating and resistance to acid and alkali.
2. Super heat insulation effect, under the same conditions, it can decrease 6 ~ 10 degrees of temperature near glass , 3 ~ 8 degrees of indoor temperature in Summer and improve 2-3degrees in Winter, It can save air conditioning 30% ~ 45% of energy consumption.
