Graphene is practically a one atom thick layer of carbon atoms, densely packed in a hexagonal (honey comb) lattice. The carbon-carbon bond length in graphene is about 0.142 nanometers. It is already known that it has unbelievable strength and conductivity, both of which are a result of its structure.
Graphene differs from conventional 3D materials in that it is a semi-metal or zero-gap semiconductor. It has a remarkable electron mobility at room temperature and it has been showed that electrical current going through it can magnetize it.
1. Single layer graphene oxide
Features: solid powder, purity > 99%, completely single-layer, ply 0.7-1.2 nm, sizes are hundreds of nm - several µm, excellent solubility in water and DMF, etc, metallic content < 10ppm, not soluble impurities < 0.01 percent.
Application: It is most suitable for various film, drug carrier, composite materials.
2. Single layer Graphene
Features: solid powder, Purity>99%, layer thickness 0.7-1.2nm, sizes are hundreds of nm - several µm, Metallic content <10ppm.
Application: It is most suitable for all kinds of conductive additives, composite material, etc.
3. Multi Layers Graphene
Features: solid powder, Purity>99%, 85 percent are 2-4 layers, hundreds of nm - several µm, excellent solubility in water and DMF,etc. Metallic content <10ppm, not soluble impurities < 0.01percent.
Applications: It is most suitable for various film, drug carrier, composite materials.
4. Multi Layers Graphene oxide
