1.Process Description about Continuous refinery process machine for sunflower oil,

Crude sunflower oil refining equipment is suitable for degumming, de-acidifying, decoloring and deodorization treatment.
a.According to the client, the products come up to the high grade cooking oil. The first and the second class of the state standard of China.
b.Main machines:Lye tank, hot water tank, water ejector, water and steam ejector, steam heater, soap stock vessel, refining tank, decolorzing tank, deodorizing vessel, oil separating tank, clay tank, filter, alkal dissolving tank, decolorizing oil tank, oil pump, etc.
c.Flow chart:Crude oil--Neutralize--Degumming--Decoloring--Dedolorizing--Cooling--Winterization--Final oil
d.Process:Physical refining, chemical refining
e.Refining ways:Batch type, semi-continuous, full-reining
f.Raw material:Peanut oil, soybean oil, sunflower oil, rapeseed oil, cottonseed oil, maize oil, rice bran oil, tea seed oil, sesame oil, castor oil, sesame oil, tung oil, walnut oil, etc.

a.Pump the estimated crude oil into the tank and stir it uniformly. Then we take the sample to check the acid value.
b.We should put the estimated lye into the crude oil while we must stir it quickly. The time for putting the lye is 5 to 10 minutes, we keep on stirring it for 30 minutes after the lye is in the crude oil.
c.Static settlement
d.Washing:After the static settlement, we let the soap leavings go from the tank bottom, then we adjust the oil temperature to 70 to 75C. In order to remove the residual lye and soap. The hot water is 10 to 15% of the oil.
e.Drying:We must dry the oil because it has 0.5% more or less water in the oil.
f.Filter:We filter the oil after the temperature is lower 70C nu dewaxing and cooling.
Main parts:De-mixed, degumming, dehydration, deacidification, decolorization,
dewaxing, deodorization and crystallizaion.
