       200T/DCompletePre-treatment system is suitable for pre-pressing various oil plants such as cotton seeds,rapeseeds,castor beans,sunflower seeds and peanuts.It has large capacity and the cakes after milled are loose but no smashed,which is easy to solvent to penetrate and leach.It has advantages like low consumption and low failure ratio,etc.and is the ideal equipment for large and medium oil factories.

           Pre-treatment technology supplied by us has following features:
           1. Special hot-hulling way reduces energy consumption greatly;
           2. Twin-hulling makes the hulling ratio up to 90% and oil content in hull  is reduced to less than 1.5%;
           3.High capacity silo ensures that it is flexible in process of production;
           4.Various grade, various protein content meal can be produced tailoring to customer requirement. The soybean meal can also be cracked;
           5.The oilseed can be expanded to do good to downstream oilseed   processing.
           6.The pre-treatment system can be fully automatic control;
