The main process of rapeseed oil dewaxing machine:
(1) Dewax of rapeseed oil dewaxing machinemachine : used to remove off the wax in the oil, in order to get the high quality oil.
(2) Heat-transfer oil rapeseed oil dewaxing machinemachine : supply each device production needing heat energy, temperature reach above 280°C.
(3) Steam generator of rapeseed oil dewaxing machine: produce the needing steam for de-odoring and distillation.
(4) Vacuum pump of rapeseed oil dewaxing machine : supply needing vacuum for dehydrate, de-color, de-odor. Vacuum degree can reach above 755mm Hg.
(5) Press filter of rapeseed oil dewaxing machine : filter clay, filter out clear oil.
(6) Air compressor of rapeseed oil dewaxing machine: blow dry bleached clay, blow empty the leftover oil in the press filter.
