a. Sampling order: 7 days.
b. Mass production: 10 days for 10000 pcs after sample approval.
7. Packing details:
a:each emblem with poly bag,and 100 bags in a carton;
b. Standard seaworthy packing for long distance transportation;
8. Shipment way:
a. Usually shipped by EMS (3 --7 days),the country which EMS can not reach , we will useand China_Post_Air_Mail or Hongkong_Post_Air_Parcel. then give you the tracking number.they will provide door to door service.
b. Suggest to settle the shipment by sea for mass production.
9. After-sale service:
a. Always provide our best after sale service for all oversea customers
b. Free replacement if find out any short or defective goods within 90days after shipment
c. Provide “Customer satisfying questionary” every season in order to improve everything for oversea customers.
♣DELIVERY
1.Sampling Time:If the item with mould(old item),we need 4-7 days to make new samples.If the item without mould(new item),we need 9-16 days to make new samples.
2.Mass Production:Usually we send sample to customers for final confirmation,then begin to produce mass production.After buyer confirmed the samples,regular delivery time is 9-16 days,exact time depends on the order quantity.
3.We are not responsible for any accidents,delays or other issues that caused by the shipping couriers.But we will try our best to assist the buyer and shipping couriers to ship the package(s) if there is any problem.
4.We have cooperative shipping partner,if necessary,you can ask us for the ship cost.
