The whole set equipment is made of austenitic stainless steel.The cooling jacket adopts dimple jacket. The jackets are provided at tank body and conical bottom to effectively increase the cooling speed. Heat exchanging area of jacket of different proportions can be allocated according to customers' technological requirements. Widly used in brewery,bar, hotel,family etc.

1. How many workers are needed for operating this equipment?
It is a small equipment so there is only one worker could work well.
2. How does the fermenter keep cool for the beer?
The fermenter has dimple cooling jacket which could make the glycol water flowing in the dimple plate. And there is PU insulation material for the tank, which could keep it cool.
3.I dont know how to operate it,even i cannot install itcorrectly.if i bought your equipment,how can i get your direction?
our engineers will be appointed to give you site technical guidance if you need. you can also consult us online or by telephone any time all the day.
4. How to achieve temperature control?
A: The PLC or digital dispalyer could control the temperature by connecting with the PT 100 sensor. The brewing tanks with rock wool to keep warm, the fermenters and bright beer tank withPU as cooling jacket to keep cool.
5. Is it possible to supply installation in our country?
A: Yes, we could supply our clients over sea service and direct the installation and brewing.
6. What type of control system?
A: Our control system is PLC control, also pass the CE.
