SY Series Tube Making Machine For Building Business(CE)
Introduction:
SY Series Tube Machinery are ideal equipment for producing concrete tubes, now it is reasonable in design, beautiful in appearance, reliable in performance and convenient in operating. Its quality is up to State Standards of GB11836-89.
With this series of machinery, the concrete tubes with specifications of 200-1000mm can be produced by using pulverized coal ash, slag, sand and crushied stone pulsing little quantity of cement. The tube produced with this series machinery are even in their wall thickness, smooth on surface, high in compression strength, convenient and firm in connection, and excellent in anti-seeping, which are widely used in agricultural irrigation and draining projects in cities.
This machine, by using the centrifulgal effect, can apply the concrete evenly into the moulding tube to form the tube wall. Under the tri-force of centrfugalizing, roll pressing and vibrating, the concrete can be sticked on the mould tube wall and after timely curing, the products can be demoulded. The products made with this machine are perfect in strength, excellent in density, smooth in surface and beautiful in appearance. All kinds of specifications of flate-nose, tongue-and-groove tube adapters with diameters from 300 to 2000mm and with lengths from 2 to 3 metres can be produced by this machine for your favors.
