Product features:
Reflection brightness is high, the effect is good, feel is soft, the stereoscopic effect is strong, the transfer is convenient, washable and environmental protection.
Usage:
A. Printing transfer film
Cuts better the film,prints adhesive on the film with the required pattern of screen printing, after drying, prints hot melt rubber, drying. Puts the product on the fabric then presses. Pressing temperature about 150 degrees, pressing time in 15 seconds or so (according to lining characteristic decides).
B. Carving transfer film
Places the film on a laser carving machine or a knife engraves machine,carves the well designed pattern on the film, afterward removes the excess part of the pattern. Note: The laser carving machine should not be operated too fast, otherwise easily lead to a black plastic edge.
Application: Use for reflective products, decoration, reflective clothing, business suits, casual wear, fashion wear, bags acessories, personal protective equitment, etc.
