Charge property
The voltage of Ni-Cd and Ni-MH battery goes up during charging, and at charging terminal stage, as battery inner temperature rising, the voltage will fall down and finally reach to balance state. The battery is normally charged at constant current for a defined time: 0.1C5A for 14-16 hours, 0.2 C5A for 7 hrs, 0.3 C5A for 4.5hrs, 0.5 C5A for 2.5 hrs, 1 C5A for 1.2hrs (Please contact with us if the designed charge current is over 0.5 C5A, C5 is battery capacity)
Discharge property
Discharge capacity changes according to discharge current. The smaller discharge current, the more capacity be discharged, vise versa. The capacity is also influenced by environmental temperature and the end voltage. The rated capacity means the capacity when battery is discharged at 0.2 C5A to end voltage of 0.1V/cell at the environmental temperature of 20°C±5°C
Cycle life property
As the working conditions and environmental is different, it is difficult to show batteries accurate service life. Under normal condition, it is expected to be 500-1000 cycles.
Discharge temperature property
Discharge conditions: single cell discharged at 0.C to 1.0V.
Suitable temperature range for discharge is -40°C~+50°C
Standard type,
Features:
- Long service life, more than 500 cycles of charge and discharges
- Maintenance free, very simple operation just as dry battery, but please avoid over-discharge or over-charge.
- Stable performance, low heat sensitive, can be applied to wide temperature range of -20 ~ +50 °C.

Walkie-talkie, cordless phone, remote cars, electric toy, camera lights, search lights, MP4, MP5, portable CD, DVD, TV household appliances, Bluetooth, digital camera, measuring instruments, calculator etc.
High temperature
Features:
- Excellent charge and discharge performance at high temperature, even at the temperature of 35°C-70 °C, it still has very high charging efficiency.
- Long service life and high reliability, more than 500 cycles of charge and discharge.
- Very good over-charge resistance performance, no damage to battery under long time charge with 0.05C current at temperature of 70 °C.
Application:
Emergency light, Sign lights, Emergency lighting, fire alarm system. Solar street lamps, lawn lamp, highlight hand torch, police electric batons, high temperature environment instruments and meters, portable instrument etc.
High-low temperature type
Features:
- Excellent charge and discharge performance at both high and low temperature. It has over 95% charging efficiency at -10 °C and +40 °C, and can discharge more than 60% at -40 °C.
- Long service life and high reliability, more than 500 cycles of charge and discharge.
- Good work performance, can be applied at temperature range of -40 °C~+55 °C.
- High discharge current, can be discharged within 5C current.
Application:
Spare power for military communication stations and communication vehicles etc. Instruments and equipments used in extremely frigid zones, outdoor portable instruments etc.
High rate discharge type
Features:
1. Excellent high-current discharge characteristics
Based on rated capacity at 0.2C, 80% rated capacity can be discharged at 6C, 70% rated capacity can be discharged at 10C.
