1.Can you produce my own design?
We can produce the scarf according to your own designs, Also we are workable to make your
brand packaging for your exclusive brand.
2.What kind of file required for printing?
Any digital file in Jpg, tif, psd, pdf format are workable for us, And the size of file should be the same
as the scarf size;
And the original sample is perfect for us to make printing.
3.May I choose the designs from your side?
Yes, We will issue new designs every 15 days.
4.How long for sample production?
10-15 days for Digital/Screen Printing.
5.How long for bulk production?
15-25 days after you confirm the sample.
6.How can I do, if your sample quality in bad condition?
Before we send the sample to you, Our QC will check them one by one.
If you received the sample in poor quality, We will remake it to you FOR FREE.
7.I will pay high import tax if I purchase scarf from China, Can you do something for me?
Yes. You can import tax deduction with C/O, FORM A. I will help you to get them.
