Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) is thermoplastic engineering plastics. It combines the excellent properties of all plastics, like shock resistance, abrasion resistance, anti-corrosion, self-lubricating, antistatic, absorb of shock power, etc. It is recognized as "amazing engineering plastics".

(1)Drying:80°C.1~3 hours.
(2)Processing:
Injection molding temperature:180-190°C
Injection pressure:80~100Mpa
Injection time:6~20s(Depending on the size of the workpiece)
(3) Shrinking percentage:3.5%—4%
